broker launches Coakley Real Estate Company - Cleveland, Ohio; April 9, 2007 -- Northeast Ohio commercial real estate broker Francis M. “Sandy” Coakley announced today the formation of Coakley Real Estate Company LLC. Located in a street-level retail space in The Bradley Building at 1224 West Sixth Street in downtown Cleveland’s Historic Warehouse District, Coakley Real Estate Company focuses on the sale of historic properties, leasing of downtown/suburban retail and office space, and a new component – selling luxury condominiums and homes. “We are a full-service commercial and residential real estate firm with our hearts dedicated to the center city, and we will continue to encourage companies and individuals to stay or move downtown,” said Coakley who serves as President of the new firm. “We also plan to work on a handful of classy, high-end projects in the suburbs. We love Cleveland and our surrounding family of suburbs, and we look forward to serving our community.” With 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Coakley’s accomplishments reflect the completion of more than 450 office/retail lease transactions and the sale of numerous buildings, specifically in downtown Cleveland’s Gateway, Warehouse and Flats Districts. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the Chartwell Group and was a leading force in the company’s office/commercial and retail leasing division. Coakley also served as Vice President of Sales for the Cleveland Stevedore Company as well as President of Coakley Terminals. Coakley’s partner is his wife, Gaye Ramstrom-Coakley, who has a
real estate license plus 27 years of radio sales and management experience.
