Gaye Ramstrom-Coakley, Vice President

Gaye Ramstrom-Coakley brings 27 years of radio sales and management experience to her position as Vice President of Coakley Real Estate Company LLC. She joined the full-service commercial and residential real estate firm upon its launch in April, 2007.

Ramstrom-Coakley oversees the sales, marketing and operations functions of Coakley Real Estate Company. She received her real estate license and became a Notary Public in 2005. She will be building the residential division while backing up Sandy Coakley in his commercial arena.

Prior to joining the real estate firm, Ramstrom-Coakley enjoyed a successful career as a radio air-time salesperson on the local and national levels. She spent 25 years of her radio career with one employer (now Clear Channel). For 20 of those years, she was Director of National Sales for multiple stations, including WAKS, WGAR, WMMS, WMVX, WMJI, WTAM, WKDD, WTOU, WHLO and WHK. She also worked as a professional model and spokesperson for David and Lee Models in Cleveland for over ten years. Those years overlapped with teaching business subjects for five years on the high school level.

Most recently, Ramstrom-Coakley was Director of Sales, Marketing and Syndication Sales for Moonlight Groove Highway, a syndicated Rock program that formerly broadcasted live from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Ramstrom-Coakley is active with numerous local non-profit organizations. She served as Entertainment Chair for the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball in 2005, 2006, and 2007, and she serves on the Zippity Zoo Doo Committee to benefit the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. She also volunteers with Our Lady of the Wayside and the Kidney Foundation. Her passions are cooking, baking, photography, reading, and selling memorabilia on eBay.
